Letter to Dr. William B. Brown [manuscript], 1823 November 16.

Brown writes to his brother about picking up some things in his rooms to send him; his desire that his brother introduce his grammar books to teachers and booksellers; an exchange of his books for some by Thomas Tucker Smiley whose georgraphy he prefers to Jacob Willett's; the introduction of his "Institutes of English Grammar"; and Joseph Parker's regrets that Brown did not mention the grammar to him as his brother Edward is a bookseller. He briefly mentions a meeting of the Manumission Society.
